Shipping Guide
American Cream Co. currently ships through USPS to all 50 states and eligible U.S. military and diplomatic addresses.
Current USPS rates
Rates are based on the total packed order weight. Checkout shows the final shipping charge before payment. Free standard shipping at the qualifying $100 merchandise subtotal overrides these rates.

Orders weighing 5 lb or more require an additional configured bracket before checkout can calculate shipping.
Processing and delivery
Allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Capsule launches and holidays may create heavier order volume. Delivery time begins after USPS accepts the package and is separate from processing time. A tracking number will appear on the private order-status page and may also be emailed when transactional email is activated.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated from the destination zone and packed order weight. Orders reaching $100 in merchandise before tax qualify for free standard USPS shipping. A cart within ten cents of the threshold is treated as having reached it. Taxes do not count toward free shipping.
Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, and DPO
We ship to Alaska and Hawaii and support military or diplomatic mail using AA, AE, or AP as the state. Use the complete USPS-formatted address and do not enter the foreign country where the recipient is stationed. Military mail may require customs information and can take longer after USPS transfers the package into the military postal system.
Address changes and delivery issues
Review the address carefully at checkout. Contact us immediately if it is wrong; an address cannot be changed after the parcel has entered the mail stream. If tracking shows a delay, contact USPS first using the tracking number, then contact American Cream Co. so we can help review the shipment. Packages returned because of an incomplete or incorrect customer-provided address may require a new shipping charge.
Local pickup
Free coordinated pickup is available at 6015 Watt Ave Ste 4, North Highlands, CA 95660. American Cream Co. will arrange a pickup time with the customer. Pickup orders are held for 60 days, then refunded and returned to inventory.
